Admission Requirements

Know what you need to apply and join The Salvatorian School family.

Completed Application Form

Parents must fill out the official school application form for the relevant class level.

Birth Certificate

A certified copy of the child’s birth certificate is required for verification.

Passport Photograph

Provide at least two recent passport-sized photographs of the child.

Previous School Records

Submit the child’s previous academic records or report cards (for Nursery and above).

Medical Certificate

A recent medical certificate showing the child’s health status is required.

Parent/Guardian Identification

Provide valid government-issued ID of the parent or guardian submitting the application.

Admission Policy

Admission into The Salvatorian School is strictly on merit and subject to the following criteria:

Prep & Nursery Section

Admission into Prep and Nursery section is strictly on first come first serve basis.
Parents with pupils already in The Salvatorian School will be given first choice of consideration before others.

Primary Section

Admission into primary section is based on merit.
Joiners will have to pass a written entrance examination for placement in the desired class level.
If a applicant does not meet the cut-off mark for the intended class, placement in a lower class may be recommended subject to parent approval.

Secondary Section

Admission into Junior & Senior Secondary classes is competitive and strictly merit-based.
Candidates must take written entrance assessments in Mathematics, English, and General Science.
Applicants seeking entry into Senior Secondary (SSS) must satisfy subject prerequisite requirements for their selected track (Science, Commercial, or Arts).
